American Pie Presents: Beta House Film
They meet Wesley, the rush chair of Beta House who experiences alcohol blackouts, and learn how they can gain eligibility to pledge for the Beta House. They are also informed by Dwight that the Geek House, run by wealthy nerds, has been trying to shut down Beta House. Erik and Mike go to college and join the Beta House fraternity, of which Erik's cousin Dwight is the current president. Universal commissioned the film after positive commercial reaction to The Naked Mile. Border and four of the five main cast members from the preceding film returned. Principal photography took place for seven to eight weeks from June 4, 2007, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Fate, however, intervenes, and Erik meets a girl named Ashley in the coed bathrooms, courtesy of his more party prone, sex crazed cousin Dwight. Things seem to be going well for him during this brief introduction; however, it is cut short when Erik urinates on his pants. He quickly leaves and finally meets his roommate and future BETA brother Bobby. Erik, Ryan, and Cooze start college and pledge the Beta House fraternity, presided over by none other than legendary Dwight Stifler. But chaos ensues when a fraternity of geeks threatens to stop the debauchery and the Betas have to make a stand for their right to party.

During the final lap dance challenge, Beta House uses Edgar's sheep fetish against him with Bobby's girlfriend Margie wearing a sheep costume, which ultimately costs him and his house the tournament. Having won the Geek House mansion, the Beta House hosts a toga party. Meanwhile, Cooze and Denise finally sleep together as well, and Cooze discovers that what Denise is hiding is the fact that she ejaculates during sex, much to his excitement. It is only after they complete their final task which involves stealing something from the GEEK house that Edgar, the GEEKs president, challenges the BETAs to the Greek Olympiad. The loser, as a result, will give up their charter and be evicted from their house. The BETAS win and Mr. Levenstein, as the officiate, hands over the golden hammer to Dwight, who, as he accepts it, says, "Betas for life!" Afterward, the BETAS having moved into their new mansion, courtesy of the GEEKs, and hold a massive toga party, where Cooze, much to his relief, finally sleeps with Denise and all suspicions of her being a man are gone.

More college partying and trying to bang chick's for the 1st time, is back again. Meanwhile, Cooze falls for Ashley's roommate Denise; however, she is nervous about having sex with him, so she gives Cooze a handjob instead. After talking with Erik, Bobby and Dwight about Denise, Cooze develops suspicions that Denise might have a penis.
In a post-credits scene, Edgar instructs a stripper at the Silver Dollar to dance with the headpiece of the sheep costume. After his girlfriend Tracy breaks up with him, Erik Stifler and his friend Cooze arrive at the University of Michigan as freshmen. Erik is then welcomed by his cousin, Dwight Stifler, the leader of the Beta House fraternity; who invites Erik, Cooze and Bobby to a party.
As the morning comes, BETA president Wesley wakes up finally believing that his curse as the blackout menace is over, only to hear the toilet flush and is confronted with the female bodybuilder formerly of the GEEK house. No sooner than they arrive, Erik feels let down that he and Cooze will be rooming separately, with Cooze in a single room and him sharing another. Erik is no longer with Tracy, his girlfriend in the last film, as she has left him for her ex-boyfriend Trent, leaving Erik a confidence-shaken shell of his former self.
